KomplyEU is a collection of free EU compliance calculators. We collect almost no data. All calculators run entirely in your browser. Your inputs never leave your device.
Calculator inputs: Nothing. All compliance calculators (GDPR fines, NIS2, CBAM, AI Act, PPWR) run 100% client-side in your browser. We do not send, log, or store your inputs on any server.
Analytics and tracking: None. We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other analytics service.
Cookies: We do not set any cookies.
We use localStorage for UI state only: things like wizard progress and display preferences. This data stays in your browser and is not personal data. We do not store any of your calculator inputs in browser storage.
You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
If you sign up for CBAM carbon price alerts or the Pro waitlist, we collect your email address. This is the only personal data we collect, and only if you actively submit it. Your email is used solely to send you what you requested: price-alert notifications or a one-time waitlist notification when Pro launches.
We do not sell, share, or use your email for marketing beyond the specific purpose you signed up for.

All PDF reports (GDPR, NIS2, CBAM, AI Act, PPWR) are generated entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers. The PDF is created from your inputs locally and downloaded directly to your device.
This site loads fonts (DM Sans, Outfit, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. When you visit the site, your browser makes a connection to Google servers to download these font files. Google may log this request. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ for details.
We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts to remove this third-party connection entirely.
There are no user accounts, no login, and no authentication on this site.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of any personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In practice, the only personal data we might hold is your email address if you signed up for CBAM alerts or the Pro waitlist. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
